Thanks for your question.
Scooby Doo's windscreen is covered in perforated vinyl. From a distance, it appears to be a solid block of colour, however from up close, in the driver's position, they can quite comfortably see through all the perforations.

Scooby Doo doesn't run in the Monster Jam series because it's based in Australia.
