Yeah, peanut butter contains a lot of fats which can go rancid at room temp. The only reason you can leave regular peanut butter out is the preservatives, and the hydrogenated oils. I keep regular peanut butter at room temperature, too though because it's more spreadable. Another weird thing that should go in the fridge is brown rice, again because of those unstable fats.

Wow! I just came across all your weigh in videos and I am very impressed! You can definately tell the significant weight loss. My only question is, are you ever hungry or are you usually full? Maybe all that tea and water fill you?? haha. ANYWAYS congrats!!

Hi there :) I am usually full. When I as eating a lot of empty, processed things I was hungry all the time and resisting eating more, but since I've started eating all-natural, no processed, I've been always full. My latest weigh-in video talks all about that :)
Tea and water do fill me, but only temporarily. Mostly I'm filled up with granola and nuts and beans and rice. And in between, fruits and veggies.
