Okay the question is is that, "It's difficult dealing with people you don't see and there's always the fear that the person you're employing don't measure up to the task given. Your life of it or income depends on him. If he does a bad job, you suffer he doesn't. Again, he may start well and then start to slack on - slack later on. To build a business you have to get consistent in good service or products plus you must have controlled the backup team. How can you control your virtual staff?
Now, it's a very good question how do you control them. The short answer is you can't. Unfortunately, there are no ways that you can just basically get behind them and move them, doing or telling them exactly what to do. Though, what you can do is to provide them with the right boundaries and also too, provide them with the expectations and also too to encourage and support them.
