Ideally, have a meditation like "Chakra Dhyana" beforehand. Afterwards relax fully into the flow of Divine Love by praying, letting go and / or taking Mukthi Deeksha from your sacred picture / objects / imaginations...

  • Another thing is ASK YOURSELF. What is meditation? It is the complete focus of the mind on a single object, form or point in the mind. No pious person has ever paid money AND THEN achieved enlightenment. No pious person has ever charged to give you enliightenment. The 21 day program is an insult to the Buddha, and the Vedic/Hindu tradition. I AM TELLING EVERYONE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE INDUCTED INTO A PROGRAM ffor enlightenment. EVER. You just have to desire God with love and devotion.

  • you meditated for 19 years and you validate the payment of money for the maintenance of deeksha programs which has NEVER produced an enlightened person. That is a joke. Buddha meditated for 6 years and attained enlightenment without paying a penny. Krishna meditated many a time, even spoke the Bhagavad Gita without charging. Muhammad medidtated in a cave receiving revelation., without money. Jesus didnt charge a penny. HE TAUGHT for free. Your meditation isn't working. Nor is ur explanation.

  • @badinfluence1985 I've been meditating on my own for 19 years so I am at a state where I can separate truthful teachers from frauds. I've meditated with about one hundred people and a Oneness monk, who did the Oneness Deeksha. The energies I felt were real; they raised my vibrations really high. So Oneness Deeksha nor its practitioners like Sri Bhagavan are fake. Oneness University charges money because it takes money to run such programs (i.e. building, teachers, traveling, materials, etc.).

  • Sri Bhagavan is not prophecised in any hindu scripture. He is not mentioned in any scripture. He does not fit into the 6 categories of an avatar. He doesnt have any bodily markings of an avatar. His birth was not miraculous. He has never nor will never perform avatar like MIRACLES. He makes you undergo a charged course for enlightenment. Lord Krishna didnt charge Arjuna for the Bhagavad Gita. He is a fraud with oiled skin, trimmed beard and uses music and emotion to deceive you all. AWAKE.

  • Wonderful! Thank you!

  • Powerful!

  • HERMOSOOOOOO

  • Beautiful and effective! Thank you so much :)
