You could have just said "Officer, I do not consent to any searches." They would not mess with you after that because now they know that you know your rights. They had no search warrant and a loud muffler is not probable cause to search. You never know if a passenger left something in your car before or sometimes the cops plant something in there and charge you with it. DO NOT LET THEM SEARCH YOU

@andyf103 We could have refused a search, but that would have been a waste of all the time and planning that went into occupying their time and allowing us to shoot this video. We packed so much useless shit into this car just to take up as much of their time as we could. I'm glad everything went just the way it did. Did you see how many people drove by us without getting pulled over and messed with in the amount of time we were there?

@andyf103 Yes, it was. We took our car and just packed as much useless BS into it as we could and grabbed the video camera in hopes of getting pulled over and searched on the way to the hemp rally. We wanted it to take as much time as possible and we wanted to be able to video tape it. This actually went down pretty much exaclty as we planned it, right down to the bad boys outro in the CD player as we pulled away.
