Have you considered the fact it costs considerably more in the US to put someone to death than it does to put them in prison for the rest of their life. Kinda makes most of those points of yours moot.

look if some body killed your mom, and your saw a tape made by murderer, would you accept him going jail for a long time knowing his going to be back out or have death penalty given?....i would kill that S.O.B.

I believe in the right to defend yourself in the most dire of situations. The death penalty should be imposed to avenge those who were unable to defend themselves.

I agree with you my brother across the sea, and unfortunately the U.S. is being challenged by these damn liberals. If you kill or maybe even rape somebody purposely, and there is evident evidence that one has committed the crime, than one must pay the ultimate justice.

With every innocent person executed their is probably 50 that really deserved it. I am for legalization of marijuana because that will save millions of dollars and its not even bad for you, but I am also for treating murderers how they should be and also saving millions dollars.

Not having the death penalty= waste of money and giving murders a slap on the wrist.
Not to mention a punch in the face to victims family and friends of that murderer.
