Mauser SR (airsoft) Sniper Rifle Upgrades Possibilites

This is the internal upgrades I made on my Mauser SR.

Starting with the inner barrel: Using a PROMETHEUS 534 mm - 6.03 mm inner diameter. Made of stainless steel. I POLISHED the inside of the new barrel.
PDI Hop-up chamber with TWO allen screws for up-right, and up left adjustments. A BIG pain-in-the-ass to adjust! You have to cock the bolt back, and using a tiny allen wrench, adjust the two screws. But once dialed in, WOW!

I will NOT add re-assembly to my video. I am too meticulous about re-assembly, and YouTube video time max is ten minutes.

Cylinder, spring and piston up grades: I first used my original cylinder, but replace the stock piston to a KING ARMS reinforced piston for APS-2/Type 96

I also used PDI power adjuster rings
Laylax PSS2 120SP spring

I replaced it all with K2 cylinder SET.
The spring is a real BEAST!

However, the field I play on has a limit velocity for sniper rifles of 480 FPS with a 15 FPS buffer, so 495 FPS MAX. I controlled the velocity to 472 - 476 FPS using .20 pellets.

The trigger box eventaully disintergrated! CHEAP plastic! I replaced the trigger box with a K2 trigger box assembly. All billet aluminum with steel internals. EXPENSIVE! This trigger box cost more than the price of the gun, a set of two magazines, and the cost of Fed Ex shipping! But this trigger box should outlast the gun itself!

Last shown is a Guarder all STEEL bolt-handle... just in case mines should break down. THIS is extremely RARE and hard to get!

And of course, the FIRST FACTORY PSG-1 Dino flash surppesser, with Type 96 A1 hider Type 2 adaptor. The flash hider had to be modified to fit the type 2 adaptor.

How do you cock a break barrel? Ive only ever had airsoft guns...

@IanFromOregon My guess is, near the frame front, should be a barrel lock. Release that lever, and the barrel should "pop out". then you grasp that barrel, and push it outward until you hear a click. Aren't they any instructions for that gun? And a .177 version! Now you got ME going! Going to look on-line for one...

@808Kameleon whats is a good hop up other than the pdi because sniper barrels are nearly as expensive as the pdi hop up every one just says to use the pdi but are there any other one that do about the same thin or allow me to use aeg baels
