@ZoeToots the sign means "no stopping allowed" but at 1:58 I can see a few cars parked by the sidewalk :), they could get seriously fined...oh, I've just noticed the extra white sign just below the first one, might be permitting some special sort of transport or transport at given time and it may include those two cars... but hey, I wouldn't be so sure about this as I know Czechs, I'm one of them... ;)))
