Still love this man, and I'm still laughing.
-
@kingdorkiv do you know what song Pookie is singing?
-
@LFD254 on the back Soupy sez... " Blood is thiscker than water... so is toothpaste," why i remember that i dont know, but it was funny when i was a kid, the Soup' was the best!

Kids today wouldn't get this, there's no violence
-
Made me laugh in '67, and still does.
Thanks to Soup & Frank Nastasi.

I love Soupy, he was my childhood hero. I thought I was so sophisticated because I watched him and Steve Allen.
-
Kids today don't even know what childhood or comedy really is. I grew up outside of Detroit in 1955; best time to be a kid, ever.
-
I truly love Soup & Troop (born in ' 52).
I believe there was a Talent who did all the characters by the name of Frank Latanzie. Am I right? Can any of you guys confirm?

Love Pookie's face when he gets excited.

Love you Soupy --- Thank God for YouTube --- you and Pookie and White Fang and Black Tooth live on in our hearts forever.

I think Soupy was funnier in Detroit...but that's just an opinion. I feel very sorry for this generation of children. I haven't seen anything to match the inclusiveness, spontanaity, charm or wit from a program like Soupy Sales. Sillyness is a state of grace.
