Walk A Mile In My Shoes is a song written by Joe South, who had a hit with it in 1969. A song concerning racial tolerance and the need for perspective and compassion, it was covered by Elvis Presley as part of his live act during the 1970s and by Bryan Ferry on this 1974 album Another Time, Another Place.
