We wrote "Kalee" after being educated about FASD -- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. "Kalee" focuses on a mother's remorse for the irreversible damage that she has done to her child as a result of her consumption of alcohol during pregnancy. This song is a letter from the mother, that has just passed away, to her daughter, Kalee.

We are in the process of contacting a curator in order to set up a system where 50% of the sales received from the "Kalee" single on iTunes is donated to the awareness and the promotion of FASD. As well as looking into the touring of elementary and high schools to educate the future generations of parents about FASD, as suggested by one of the email responses we have received.

We believe that the way to develop a promotional force behind the message of FASD at this time, would be by creating a large traffic of viewers to the "Kalee" video. Currently, one of the most effective ways of reaching main stream media (television, radio, talk shows) is when a video becomes viral on the Internet. So the more people that we can collectively direct to the "Kalee" video and PSA, is the better the chances of getting FASD world wide attention.
