  • Please explain Rev 3:10 and then argue with Jesus about the pre

    trib Rapture.

  • Are you suggesting that if I don't agree with your interpretation of Rev 3:10 and how it supposedly applies to the "secret" rapture, then I am disagreeing with Christ?

    Be careful.

  • "Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." Rev 3:10

The word "keep" (Greek "tereo") means to take care of, or to guard. I whole heartedly believe God protects us through the power of His Holy Spirit. This verse does not say or incinuate a snatching away, but a protecting. That is YOUR private interpretation of the verse.

  • If he is coming back after the Tribulation, what is the point of a post tribulation rapture? Just curious.

  • The closing statements of Jesus In Rev. 22:20 points to "imminency". Consider the timing, after telling John : "He who testifies these things says, "yea; I come quickly, amen, come lord Jesus". This passage teaches that the rapture is imminent; he could come at any moment. Peter also wondered if John was going to be taken "alive" and not killed like Peter knew he would be killed. "If i will that he tarry till I come?" And for this saying, a rumor went amoungst the others that John wouldn't die

  • LOVE is ALL you need.

  • The whole problem of biblical interpretation is that we have become so indoctrinated into only Westernized thinking and ideology that we missed out on the Messianic culture of whom Jesus grew up in - and the danger is that we've become almost arrogant and belligerent in our own theology. Most of us haven't the slightest iota of Jewish or Messianic culture - and that's the reason why we fail to understand the thematic wedding theme woven from Gen - Rev.

  • So that the Church is not a partaker of the Wrath of God. Tribulation is the Wrath of Satan. After that comes the Wrath of God. Just as Noah was protected from the Wrath of God (Flood), similarly the righteous will be escaping the Wrath of God during the end times.

  • lets believe en trust Christ

en wait what will really happen

i sometimes get really confused over the part of

rapture heaven new earth millennium en the death kingdom

but i trust my faith en will see Christ hoping he will forgive me in the end

  • @dward5181992 When this event takes place it is not death, but death being swallowed up in victory. Death will be no more, not for anyone, hence the Great and terrible day of the Lord. Great for us, and terrible for those who have denied him.

  • Daniel 12: 3Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

Righteousness (Right standing with God) spirits of error is not righeousness with God especially when doctrine is leading many into sin.

10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. (Fire purges impurites)

  • A video discussing the proper meaning and translation of the Greek word 'parousia' as 'presence' or 'appearing' (NOT 'coming,' as Vine's concordance suggests) might be helpful. It's what changed my view and is the strongest evidence against the pre-trib view. Recent scholarly commentaries on 1 & 2 Thessalonians are very helpful in their discussion of the term,
