I give you my honest review of my HurCraft Table.
****Special Note****
I e-mailed HurCraft this morning regarding the shipping overcharge and promptly received an e-mail back apologizing for the mistake and a promise to refund the difference. I am pleased with their efforts to remedy the situation. I should also note that the table was in stock, shipped promptly and arrived on the specified date of delivery.

  • I am using the Attic Heirlooms (Broyhill) entertainment center, dresser, & side table for my supplies but I need more storage. I love this set and I know it will last forever. But... I need more storage space. I have been considering those cubes from Michael's but I am concerned because they don't look very sturdy. Besides from the HurCraft table what would you recommend if you could start over. I do not want to invest if it will not hold up. TFS

  • @southernyankee05 I love that line of furniture by Broyhill. Great choice. As far as storage, I like the Michael's cubes, except for the filing cabinets. But, I wouldn't make a desk out of them. I am not sure if you are talking about craft tables with storage or just storage in general.

  • @southernyankee05 If it is just storage, I also have two Expedit bookcases from IKEA that hold a lot. You can purchase doors, baskets or drawers at IKEA to customize the bookcases. I previously used an IKEA table. It was sufficient for crafting, but not muh storage at all. You might also try IKEA hackers (if you are the DIY type). Some people have made some awesome custom pieces from IKEA components (including a craft table, although I think it would be expensive).

  • @southernyankee05 You can also try Overstock and Target. They had a couple of alternative craft tables, but I still prefer my HurCraft Table even with the less than stellar customer service. HTH!

  • Thanks... I have a heavy solid oak antique table I use for my crafting so just looking at my other options for storage. I do not have Ikea in my area but I have also been considering the Expedit bookcases because so many crafters have them. Thanks for all your suggestions and I will be sure to check them out. Have a great day !!!

  • Thanks for the honest review.

  • You know sometimes its the customer service that will lend you not to order the product. I am glad you like your table..and Thanks for the honest review!! Kerry :D
