Well Buddhakyle Said he completed from 2d all the way to 4d, then showed me his ultimate challenge. 5 dimensional Rubix cube.

Computer simulated in OPENGL is a fully functional 2d portrait of a 5dimensional Rubix cube, fully playable and rotable.

  • Wow, laymen have a bad understanding of the ideas of "time as a fourth dimension" versus "higher spacial dimensions."

  • @DJfraz07 Incorrect. The "dimensions" talked about here are spacial dimensions. Generally, time is no longer thought of as the 4th dimension, as it has different units. So this is a 3d model of a theoretical 5 dimensional (3^5) rubik's cube. Like a rubikx cube just more axises of rotation to move it on ^^

  • you do know that the 4th & 5th dimensions have NOTHING to do with actual MATTER ?

  • Your dumb, higher dimensions only need involve directions perpendicular to all directions in the previous dimensions. Thus height is perpendicular to both length and width and time is theoretically perpendicular to all spatial dimensions. But not neccessarily exclusively so. And rest assured time has coordinates as well as space, ie. the 4D coordinates of my grad party was 56°N 78°W 7000ft. alt. and 2004 a.d. in the time dimension, the date being the coordinates in time.

  • Actually thats just ONE theory behind dimensions, nothing proven.

  • yeah its just a cube with more axes of rotation than a normal rubik's cube

  • Thats not 4D or 5D

Anything 4D or above is measured in time, not coordinates. lol

  • Looks like 4 dimensions to me...?
