i was at cvs the other day and the lady there gave me crap when i used my bag tag and i don't have a bag!! She says well you can only use that if you have a bag, and i said well i use it all the time at the other cvs by the managers and they don't make me have a bag. Just wondering if you or anyone has ran into this before?
i think what your doing is great. i used to work for CVS and just to let your know he managers & corp get on cashiers about the percentage of coupond taken during Work week. its lowers your % of sales you taken in on the register. corp sends bad info to managers and the repeat this to the staff. i hope you are able to correct this issue so everyone has a better experiance shopping and the staff at the stores arent so up set when they have to deal with customers.
I think they will regret not letting their members know about this. We couponers all struggle at one time or another with cashiers and managers who give us attitude, and/or don't know their own policy. We need to band together!
I agree on pushing the date back. We need to have as many people as possible to help with movement. I am hoping to start doing couponing videos myself soon but I am currently having computer issues & I am hoping to get either a new netbook or laptop with the money I save couponing. Hey GIRL! Just a thought, maybe if we all that make videos that are in support of the cause sub'd each other that would help the cause. I agree with waiting. That way we can all ban together and all be on the same page. Just a thought...
Just to let you know, I had posted this on weusecoupons and one of the forum leaders took it down. They think it is too negative. I would have thought that they would have been for this but I guess not.
I agree with tiffaniday27.........I thinik WalMart needs to be put on blast ..... they aren't following their own policy and they are the ones thats cheating the manufacturers.....example...I went in to buy the Bic pens and instead of giving me the 3 cent overage, the adjusted it down, but you know as well as I do that they are going to get the 1 dollar, as per the coupon, from the company.
The problem is customer service. They need to fix it. We are couponers that know how to read and follow policies. I pick cashiers that wanna go home and keep the line moving
