I started P90 21 days ago today, I had never worked out before whatsoever. I used to skate so I was always lean, then I turned 21. Stopped skating, drank, and got pretty big. In only 21 days I'm noticing I'm turning into a 'work out' guy, I've already noticed slimming and one hell of an energy boost. You're results on day 90 are super inspirational man, I can't wait to get there and then it'll be time for the X. Rock on!

definately thinking about picking up power 90 first before p90x. Question: did you change your diet drastically or just tried to eat heather in general? i feel that will be my greatest downfall as i eat out most of the time.

hello mister..great job!! im going to start the p90 this week and looking forward to it.ive been hearing good things about it from a friend of mine but ive never seen such results til i came across ur videos..a real inspiration:) im a girl 5'4 225lb...im tired of being flabby n overweight :( im already 26 i dont want to waste my 20s anymore hiding my body sometimes i dont even want to go out especially in the day...its terrible...

I just purchased the home edition P90x. starting tomorrow plus I take yoga once a week. My friend says you do one cd for one week then switch to the next cd for the next week. Plus so you get a rest day or just 90days straight?

Awesome fuckign results man! Have you tried P90X? After your next round of P90 you should give it a try. I thought I was ready to jump straight to P90X and am fucking loving it.

Good job! I'm on day 30 of Power 90, I started off several months ago, with just walking and changing my diet, and lost 20 pounds, I added swimming at least a half hour of breast stroke a day, and then Power 90, I've lost over 45 lbs. and getting back the strength I lost after several illnesses, I'm gonna add Kettleworx, and a spin cycle during Power 3-4, and then on to P90x!!
What was you main source of protein during Power 90?
great job man, Im only on week 2 but the first few days I was so sore I could barely move, good thing I didn't get p90x lol. Anyway I found the power yoga to actually be the hardest part?

@boboDaKilla Yeah, Power Yoga and I were not the best of friends. I found that if I took of my shoes and did it barefoot it made things a lot easier for me. How are things coming along for you?

@boboDaKilla I did some bike riding and some light jogging/walking around a track once in a while. But 90% was Power 90 and changing my eating habits. As for the Power Yoga, it got easier once I took of my shoes/socks. My belly would get in the way, lol, so I would just have to bring my foot forward a little bit, adjust my footing, then bring it the rest of the way. It's okay to do that when you're first starting out. Keep it up.
