This is incredible footage however not surprising to me. Considering i've been in the avian field for nearly 20yrs now. I've studied European Starling behavior and there "Mimicry capabilities" for years They rank right up there with your domestic pet birds such as; Amazons & African Grey's. Other "wild species" that are capable of this trait are; Northern Mockingbirds Gray Catbirds Myna birds & the Corvids (Ravens Crows etc...) Starlings are in the Myna family thus explaining there speech skills

It isn't fake. Starlings are definitely capable of imitating human speech.
