Population transplant? The people who need to be transplanted are the ones who didnt belong there place in the first place. You know who I'm talking about. no thanks, I think I'd rather go to Auckland City or Sydney all the best facilities without the horrific murder statistics. How do you measure a city? In my eyes, its safety, life style, health facilities, education, well being and affordability. Which this video fails to emphasize.
