Here is the my cutting phase update video. Please watch my other videos and find out where all I've come from!

in case anyone is wondering, here are my stats:

Height 5'10"
Starting weight: 140 lbs
Starting body fat%: 10-11%
End of bulk weight: 195 lbs
End of bulk body fat%: 12-13%
End of cut weight: 175 lbs
End of cut body fat%: 7-8%

  • Great work, any updates? You are working out properly, I have read some of the comments people have put on your other post....Gaining fat is a part of bulking...It is almost impossible to have big solid gains when you are bulking but staying cut. You would of never gained this much muscle without your long bulking phase, great job.

  • @GJohnson7385 It always good to hear some educated encouragement. Thanks a lot man. I wish people who comment negatively on my bulking video would watch my cutting video because then they would probably understand a little more how building muscle works. I don't have a ton of updates right now, I'm trying to finish up my senior year of college so just maintaining is hard enough for right now haha. But anyway, thanks again for the positive feedback!

  • @lorrenzopicozzi Yes, I always take protein, and usually some kind of creatine too. I take a Mass gainer 3 times a day when I bulk, and regular protein when I cut, and when I maintain I take a mass gainer once a day. During part of my cut I used a natural HGH and testosterone booster, and I'm not sure it did anything too dramatic besides make me depressed, hence I stopped using them. I also try to take L-arginine and other things to dilate my blood vessels. I like vascularity!

    If you had watched your diet from first day, you would have achieved this earlier, but well, better late than never!!
