ive been doing these for years.... we didnt have a name for them instead you'd do them witha partner and they's stand above your head and you hold their feet for support and they push/ throw your feet at the ground.

so in order to do the 50 in the 300 workout you need to lower and lift your legs 100 times then - not 50!!!
If it is indeed the start in middle up to right down to start position up to left and down to start position again as 1 rep

135lbs is the weight that you're supposed to aim for. You should scale this to your own strength and ability of course.
