I have a question....now I know it's been said that one needs to do the entire workout for the time given, but I find myself not being able to do more than 30 mins at a time. So I wanted to know if I have to do an hour worth of workout per day, can I either split up the hour like 30mins before I go to work and 30mins after I return, or can I just do 30mins everyday for 7 days?

@Annazayla Hi! Build yourself up to it. Everytime you do it strive to do a lil more and before long you will be doing the whole workout wanting more. But if time is an issue then splitting it up is also an option. And I would take a rest day or a stretch day. Don't workout 7 days a week hardcore cause the way you lose weight is the way you will have to maintain it. Good luck to you, you so can do this!
