Synopsis Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars" again challenged the remaining contestants to undertake two dances -- an individual routine and a team performance. With another double elimination on the line, the dancers were split into two teams: Team Tango and Team Paso. The pros put on an exhilarating display of what the two dances should look like before the remaining seven couples.

Head judge Len Goodman said the pressure would go up a notch, but "good isn't good enough from now on -- we're expecting great dancers."

Michael & Anna: NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin hung on last week for another round after winning the dance-off. While rehearsing his foxtrot, Michael admitted he's "never been mistaken for Fred Astaire." Len, who loved Michael's dance last week, said "again tonight, this foxtrot was brilliant." Bruno Tonioli said Michael's musicality has improved, but his butt still sticks out. Carrie Ann Inaba said Michael's routine was "gracious, it was fluid, it had great content," and she even praised the costume he designed for partner Anna Demidova. Michael was so excited, he gave Tom Bergeron a peck on the cheek on his way off stage.

these judges except for Len seem like they havent seen a lot of dancesport comps. Especially OSB and their phenomenal show dances. I liked Anna's choreography for samba its was good and for someone who had 48 hrs. Shit I'd like to see Carrie Anne do a samba in two days and do it perfectly.

The most logical thing that should have happened was for Anna to learn the original routine that Lacey choreographed. A pro would have caught on and memorized that faster than having someone with little or no dancing experience, such as Mark, learning a brand new routine in 48 hours. Bad call on Anna's part. She really could have possibly saved Mark and Lacey had she done that instead.

Anna's routine was awful. Carrie Ann was totally right when she said it was a mess. It's just sad that poor Mark and Lacey were not spared and lost their chances at the finals.

len is from the 50s and 60s. he would not be allowed to judge a dancesport competition today at all.  He doesn't get that the world of choreography has changed in the last 50 years!
