The so-called "Horn" of Africa is not the only place pirates are operating of course.
All this only underlines the attractiveness of high-speed cargo rail lines across Russia as a viable alternative.
Russia needs to put money into this rather than joining traditional enemies of the African continent and her long suffering peoples in dubious displays of white man power.
