  • With deep sadness we inform you that Mike passed away last Sunday. We have lost a very talented carver and a good man. We will miss him greatly.

  • he was my teacher and he was the best teacher I wanted to have him as a teacher again I miss him and he was my 2nd grade teacher last year and he was funny to I miss him a lot and he brought his fiddle to school lots of times and the things he carved he brought to school also i really miss him as a teacher to but now I am not in 2nd grade any more i am in 3rd grade now but i still miss him and in school he told me about his hiking trips to he also gave us special bracelets to

  • hate to hear mike passes...i had him for 5th grade..he was a great teacher and an even better person..we all miss him

  • MIke, I miss you so much. The things you carved, the stained glass you made, the candles, the tie dye, the special dehydrated gourmet food that you made for yourself and your friends to take on backpacking trips, and so much more, all of your art was magickal. I have been so lucky to have you in my life for the last few years, and I feel grateful to have known you.
