2 Years After HCG.wmv

A quick update two years after I started HCG. I am going to start monitoring my strength progress as I am now working through the "Body for Life" program by Bill Phillips EAS. I'm also using the recipies out of the "Eating for Life" cookbook, aslo by Bill Phillips and EAS.

I would be interested. I have been thinking about and researching HCG for months. The stuff at GNC is not HCG there is no hormones in it, it's crap.

@aaronlosing I agree, there are no hormones in the drops. However, some people are reporting some pretty good results. Not as good as the injections, but good nonetheless.

Im thinkng about starting this!! I have 30 LBS to lose!! Did you follow the diet to a T? Thats my fear and Im scared it wont work for me!!

You look great Brian. I recently lost 30 lbs. watched your old videos all the way through. Thanks. (and I'm done) My mom wants to try it though. I am looking for a subling. product for her. Injections are not for everyone. Mine were painful and welted up with serious bruising. Anyway, I stuck it out and I'm glad I did. Are there any drops that really work?

I would love to able to purchase the product from you and speak with you. I am all for saving money on a program that works. I 'm not sure of the correct clinic to contact to get started on the program so i am asking for your help. I have been on many of the so called popular diet programs out there and took forever to actually see any results. I found your videos to be very motivating and wanting more than ever to begin the journey. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just spent an hour watching your vids and I just gotta give you props for all the hard work - it truly does motivate me too start this diet. I agree with aaronlosing the stuff at GNC I hear is crap, but if you get anything else for sure interested! Again thanks for the mentoring! Was 225lbs - 5"7 down too 190lbs and stuck for about 1.5yrs. really want to be at 170lbs!
