KWGN: "Daybreak on Channel 2" 6am Open (2011)

The 6am opening of KWGN--Colorado's Own Channel 2's morning newscast, "Daybreak".

Tom Green and Angie Austin are the anchors. Chris Tomer has the weather report, Jim Hudson provides the traffic voiceovers, and Chris Parente presents "People and Places". The theme to the opening sequence is written and performed by Ken K. and was chosen through a station contest.

This video was recorded Monday, July 25, the first day of the station's new branding and graphics.
