T-mobile's Samsung Galaxy S II was originally codenamed the Samsung Hercules and was only available for viewing behind the glass case during its launch event but it's finally in our hands. The T-Mobile Galaxy S II is the last of the three US Galaxy S II phones announced back in August and comes with similar hardware specs to the Epic 4G Touch for Sprint with a 4.52 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.5 Ghz Qualcomm dual core processor, HSPA + up to 42 Mbps, 16 GB of built-in storage, 8 megapixel rear facing camera with LED Flash and 1080p video capture, 2 megapixel front facing camera for video chat and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Touch Wiz UX on top of it. DON'T GET THIS PHONE!!!! I've had two of these and they both sucked. The first was very good the first couple of days but then you get a T-Mobile Firmware Update which kills your phone. The update made everything slower. Then about a week later I dropped it from about two feet (sitting down) and the digitizer cracked. So I got a new one and now this one has the same problem. MY ADVICE IS; DON'T DO THE UPDATE....(PROBLEM IS) THE PHONE WILL ANNOY YOU BECAUSE OF ALL THE UPDATE POP-UPS....I persona
