@diosplaga It's not about being the fastest, fanciest, skilled drummer. It's about playing what contributes to the music and Lars does EXACTLY that. If you've seen A Year and a Half, you'd know how much time he spends fine tuning the drumming to fit the song.

what a crappy song... i dont think we should keep high expectation from their next album... DM was ok album ... it wasnt like vintage metallica but was 6/10 album... but this song.. fcuk.... they dont have song writers at all... these 3 guys can only write hevy rock songs like in black load and reload not metal music at all... rob is good but when it comes to song writing he is way worst than jayson..

@jedimaster0911 You obviously haven't seen him try to play live. It's embarrassing to see what Lars has become, but most of the fans don't care so a big deal is never made. It's like he plays an ENTIRELY different song up there than what he recorded in the past, and not a GOOD version of a different song. He adds all these stupid fills and rolls that have NO place in the song.
