Hey Chris,
how do you use the FX on this mixer?
I select one of the FX / variations and turn up the FX knob on the channel I want to effect but I can't hear any change in the sound.....
Does the effect come through the same output as the main mix? (ie. the XLRs on the back)
Help appreciated!!!!!

I have a drumkit, and I have some experience with mics and a soundtable.(helped a little at a show once..)
But what if I have 1 mic and I want to record the sound, instead of just outputting it to the monitors.
Do I need a soundboard/mixer like that for 1 mic?
So could you just tell me what I need and what I'd have to do?

yeah dude i agree, i've done a lot of video projects, audio tracks etc... this was a pretty good video.. nice review, love the camera work, only thing you gotta watch out for is that audio consistency. what program are you using???? adobe premier perhaps??? in any case, try to, at least, normalize all your audio. that will perhaps equalize the levels a bit.
good work otherwise. learned something
:P
watch your sound - if you are reviewing audio gear your sound dies in the middle of the video - get a clip on Giant Squid mic and plug that into your camera
light is better on this one ;) you can never have too much light ;)P
oh and one other thing try and mix this with some rock steady tripod shots for variety as it can be quite tiring to watch 'wobble cam'

Thanks for the comment. We wanted the audio straight through the camera to see how it stood up and the stuff that wasn't on a tripod was because it need to have lots of movement in it.
But we'll keep in mind what you said!
Thanks
