Kettlebell Swing variation that puts extra demand on coordination and grip strength.
How To:
Pick up a kettlebell with both hands, and swing it between your legs. Swing the kettlebell out in front of your chest with arms extended and release the handle, allowing the bell to flip toward you. Catch the handle after it flips one rotation, and bring it back down for the next swing.
