@MyCosmeticsworld The next book comes out April 5, 2011 called City of Fallen Angels. They still don't have any new news on the movie, they're still making up a script for it.

@BlacksGodDaughter Yes but it has been finaleized that the movie is going to be made, beause a company has already as bought it ;) Unless they go bankrupt and they have to forfiet.

@MyCosmeticsworld Companies buy books just to make sure that no one else will take the idea before the finish up finalizing the script and finding the funds for it. Cassandra Clare's website has a F.A.Q.'s section and one of the questions is about the movie, she said someone's bought the rights to it but it could be years before talk of a movie and trailer are released to the public.

i know i love this series, i've read it 4 times and am rereading it again. :) it would suck if they distroyed it. But i just hope most of all that they keep Alec as gay and dont turn him straight cause he and Magnus BELONG together!

These books are AMAZING, but I swear if they pick up a fan base that will call themselves something extremely stupid like, "Twihards", for example, (which I personally think sounds subliminally dirty XD) I may die...
