that is not a super set , a bicep curl and a bent over row would not mainly be working out the same body part the bicep.....a bicep curl and then an incline curl would be a superset.........on yours you are working out the bicep and then you switch to back,,,,,,

Supersets really do get your heart rate right up. But I'm not sure whether the cortisol rise is beneficial.
