I agree with Barbara from Harlem in spirit. However, you guys have to understand welfare offers the black girl a way out! With welfare, the black girl can get out of a hazardous home into her own place, buy her own food and pay her own bills. So if a girl has mush for brains all she needs to do is find a boy with even more mush for brains and hey let's go half on a baby.
