TFG has signed a oil contract with Chinese state-owned oil company (CNOOC)in north Mudug region..includin Puntland? But Punt/gov also signed oil & minerals contracts to Range Resources......this could spark a dispute with Punt/gov

The contract can't be cancelled you moron. TFG has no power and the future government of Somalia won't neither. It will only be cancelled if Faroole is sitting in Villa Somalia. The oil revenue is not going to be split. A small fraction will be given to the federal government for it to shut the fuck up. Other than that, it will be split among Puntland clans.
