The Safe Place Service Turf Classic is a one-of-a-kind event. Churchill Downs hosts a day at the races with a twist: the favorite race of the day is run by humans!

Runners compete for the winning trophy by running seven furlongs (7/8 of a mile) on the turf track. The day also includes a great silent auction and celebration in the beautiful Triple Crown Room and Jockey Club Suites.
