Four reasons you are wrong:

1) Outdated firmware/software on your phone is preventing you from receiving text.

2) Of course the keypad will turn into a different color over time, it was 7 months of texting!

3) The phone isn't that bad, it was good when it first came out.

4) Phones were originally meant for calling!

Oh yeah and I have mines still here after all the drops and crashes to the floor just that my software is old but it still works and I am a fan of texting n I had it for a year and it's not dirty like yours.........and if someone can write a link for the new software it will be great

typical useless dumb girl review, just complains it sucks. no real info on problem. cause, solutions or trouble shooting. nor understands that there is a certain percentage of all phones break. probably just a service provider or sim card problem but who knows since she's too dumb to try to figure it out

well actually the phone doesnt really i think ther is just something wrong with yers....the number one problem with this phone is after a while maybee a year or 2 the end button will stop working so if the battery dies on u IT WILL NEVER TURN ON AGAIN this is wut happend to my sisters
