  • At 0:05 makes a lot of arguments against soy.

I learned a lot from Dr. Mercola on the soy myth, why to avoid all soy, except fermented..

Dr. Kaayala T. Daniel and "The whole soy story", google.

Sally Falon has several videos here on YT, like this:

  • Wolfeism: "We're gonna make it the Best weekend Ever for you."

    Mercola: "allright. terrific."

    Classic!

  • life expectancy curve will rise significantly, giving you a more clearer view on this issue.

  • @Jarocho2003 - Actually we don't live longer, we are just starting to catch up. Life expectancy dropped significantly after agrarian revolution and the adoption of grains, so significantly that during the dark ages life expectancy was even lower than 37, much lower. The other fact is that when you remove infant (like one year old or less) mortality from this statistic, at any given time of our existence,

  • He has it wrong when it comes to breastfeeding. If you can't breastfeed, donated milk or milk sharing is the second best option, not making formula... there are plenty of women with an overabundance of milk- he should really be promoting THAT and working on THAT.

  • Looks like you've done your homework and I should also mention that one shouldn't buy into the hype of anything...my point is still that if you put nature and technology side to side, technology is going to win the race in the race to extend our lives.

We now live longer than any time in human history. Just 2 centuries ago life expectancy was 37! You didn't have to worry about cancer back when.

Still cancer sucks! It has taken more than a few very nice people out...peace!

  • GOOD POST

  • 2 Amazing human beings who care so much about our health. It was a pleasure taking one hour out of my life to watch this interview. An hour well spent. Keep it up guys!

  • In some medical books they have vitamins listed as TOXINS. My nephew showed me some pages from his studies, I was amazed. Quite War on Humanity.

  • I think K2 is going to be the next big thing in health over the next couple of years. Credit should go to Weston Price for this too. He did all the research that uncovered the importance of this vitamin in the first half of the 20th century. It's a shame that it took this long to realize it's importance.

I know David Wolfe is big on combating calcification for longevity and the research into K2 indicates that it helps prevent calcification so I think this will be a key vitamin to combat that.

  • Nato - ok I haven't heard that word in a while, it's a stinky fermented bean product that is eaten in Japan. Vitamin K2 -

    Avoid fructose like the plague,

  • @rlzzxx becuase hes bald you believe him. good proof.
