  • I think "The Second Hundred Years" would make a great DVD release:-)

  • Monte markham was the other actor who was originally up for the role of Colonel Steve Austin on The Six Million Dollar Man.

  • Monte Markham is my cousin. My dad's cousin actually. I never met him...

  • "The SECOND HUNDRED YEARS" was again, among those elite TV series cranked-

out by what was then Screen Gems, many years before Sony Pictues revived the

division in 1999 as a motion picture division. in 1984 Columbia Pictures TV and

LBS formed COLEX Enterprises, which re-released many Screen Gems TV series

that have been out of syndication-then USA Network showed these,in the mid 80s.

and while Monte Markham has likely faded into the background-he's also

rembered as "THE NEW PERRY MASON" in 1973.

  • I agree with 2nicks, as I also love the concept of this show.

  • Shades of Steve Rogers/Captain America

  • 7 Million Dollar Man!

  • I wish USA still showed "That Girl", "Tempertures Rising" and "Second Hundred Years". :(
