I think this is a North Tonawanda model 37 or 137? If it was originally cylinder-played, it would have been a 37, if originally endless-roll, it would have been a 137.

I have a Vestal Press reprint (which, except for the small text saying it is a reprint, appears identical in every way to an original) of the 1913 North Tonawanda Musical Instrument Works band organ catalog, and it says this model was a "37/137" (with the cylinder-operated version being the 37, and roll-operated version the 137).
