It's really messed up. The riot police doesn't even carry guns when they need it most and most people fail to realize that those guys are usually only 18 or 19 years olds since Korean men must join the armed forces or riot police when they reach a certain age. My friend has to join in about a year and it's a real shame

@bluebaba2007 Nobody in Korea has guns. Those riot police don't have guns either. Why do people always make the riot police officers the bad guys? They are people just like the rioters, and in many cases shares the same views as the rioters. But unlike the self-indulging rioters, they are also tasked with the responsibility of maintaining the peace.
