The guy was kind of an ass and wouldn't respond to the officers requests. Is it me or does the media always just play one segment of a tape? It reminded me of the Chris Farley "Bees ....Bee, they are everywhere" bit. How the hell is the cop supposed to know what is going on? But the cop should have also let him go the moment he found out the story was true. They were both wrong to let their egos get in the way of sound judgment.

It's HELARIOUS how the cop was trying to really brag about the fact that he would decide how Moat's night would go...get now the press is shitting all over this fucking pig cop....AND the ticket was dismissed.
He should be fired and banned from ever working in law enforcement ever again.
