Your playing is totally captivating. Well done and good luck in the competition.
Thank You very much!
The upright is an over 100 years old Seiler.

Dear Robert
What a beautiful and deep, profund perfomance. That is what Chopin wanted of this creation.
Congratulations. When I listened you first I could not stop vibrating, It is huge your playing.
Believe me I like more you performance than Arrau´s. Sorry!
You should be recording many and many cd´s and videos.
You are a great pianist, much beter than professionals.
Where are you from?

Dear Hermann,
even if Your heartwarming words give a lot of pleasure to me:
I am NOT - and I do not want to be - a great pianist. And I really do not want to be better than others. Rivalry in the music is a snake in the gras.
I just would like to make my music again. And this is only a very first step on this way.
Anyhow: Thank You very much!

I'm fascinated by that gorgeous old upright. What is its history? It seems to be so responsive to your touch, especially in the softer passages, and you play it with such love and sensitivity.
