Everything negative that happens under their executive control they find a way to pin it .. on the prior Democratic administration .. (they blame Clinton for 911, Economic Meltdown etc) ..
Everything Positive that occurs under their executive control even under a Democratic Administration .. they take full credit .. (they claim Clinton left with a surplus because of them controlling Congress)
