Takenobu Mitsuyoshi - Live Performance

Takenobu Mitsuyoshi is one of the greatest videogame music composers ever. He is responsible for the tunes in Virtua Fighter 2 & 3, SEGA Rally, Shenmue I & II, Daytona USA and many others.

He is best known for the legendary Daytona USA soundtrack, especially "Let's Go Away" which he is also performing LIVE in this video. Also he is playing some Shenmue music on the piano.

It's a shame the sound quality is that bad, I'm so sorry :(

He did a lot of tracks for Shenmue I & II... he is one of many composers of this game. I don't know all the tracks composed by him but I'm pretty sure that the following are from Mitsuyoshi:

Sedge Tree, Departure on a new Trip, Antiquity Tree. Flower Girl.

Yuzo Koshiro also worked on the Shenmue soundtrack btw... :) You can see him at the beginning of the video (right side)

@Retrogamer71 He's a good composer indeed, he produced quite exciting musics for Daytona 2001 as well. But as a singer, I think he's an amateur. Just my opinion.
