BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL !!! NOTES ARE BLINDING. To say she didnt do the song justice is crazy, not because shes whitney but because this was a lovely rendition. If this was studio recorded i believe it would be on parr with the luther vandross one. Remeber this clip is so small and shes singing live

@ELobodeStepario . . . Yes, Whitney's Auntie Dionne (Warwick) owns the original version for whom it was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David back in '64. And your favorite cover by Trijntje Oosterhuis is indeed a good version. However, Luther Vandross IMHO made this song an anthem around the world with his cover. It is exactly on the contrary. Maybe Mr.Vandross was a good singer[ I don't know anything about him] , but not for this song. Even the composer himself did it better.Sorry !

ok this is a burt bacharach song so learn your music and for as talented as whitney is i will agree that this is not the best song for her. maybe it's how she chose to sing it

Maybe Im biased but Luther has the only version of this song I like. Aretha Whitney Barbara great singers but not for this song.
