  • ohemgee!!!!!! that was really good! ya, i go to murrieta valley and im in colorguard, but i must sayyyyy that was pretty awesome....pah retty. awesome:) lol

  • @xXdinoXx13 I'm glad you enjoyed it! Good skill to you and your band this season. :)

  • Even though Golden Alliance didn't win BoA, Vista Murrieta High School DID get most spirited school in the nation, right?

  • Yeah, they won the Esprit de Corps award in 2008.

  • I am a member of the Davis High School Marching Band in Kaysville Utah, We took 4th in finals at our regional BOA. I must say that you guys are spot on from the music category. I trust that you won music captions. However I think you guys were lacking on the visual aspect. What is the maximum tempo that this show is at? Although most of your forms were looking good, it seemed lethargic. We were marching at 190 in our show last year. Our band director has picked this show, so I am just curious.

  • I didn't march the show but I'd say the max tempo is about 160bpm.

Your director picked this show? I know this show is an original composition made by Richard Saucedo for the Golden Alliance... that's why I'm asking.

  • No one needs your pompous comments

  • I am in the Davis High Marching Band with JakeBros3, and I must agree with him that your musical talent is awesome. I don't like some of the visual affects in the forms, but the staging for big moments is awesome.

Our director judged this show at a competition, and he loved it so much that he contacted Saucedo and purchased it this year. (none of our band is disappointed in that decision)

Max tempo is 180 at the end of the 2nd movement

  • hi, im from Bishop Grandin HS Marching Ghosts in Calgary, Canada. as i'm in the colourguard section i must say i really enjoyed how the guard put alot of detail visually into the show and id like to commend the efforts of the Band for executing this program well

  • Yes, we were named as the most spirited school in the nation by MaxPreps for the 2008-2009 school year.

We also are a four-year comprehensive high school, accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges in 2006.

  • i infact marched in this show and was in the trumpet section. i know and respect our first trumpets very well and i know how much work they put into doing there best. you should really think about what ur saying and keep the comments on the positive side. and for people who were asking, we rached about 180 bpm max.

  • I'm from New Braunfels High School in Texas and we're playing this show this year... maximum tempo is 180 if played by the score..

  • We bought it.
