20' Baywolf boat prototype, up close at Rio Hondo Boat Ramp. Evaluation of hull balance with engine component, fuel cell, battery cell, additional alum. top feature, test of new tunnel configuration w/displacements, evaluation of listing characteristics, waterlines, drifting. Additional tests for lauching, planing, turning, manuevers subsequent. Overall determination reactions were satifactory, exceptional instantaneous launch in 18", no trim tabs, no cavitation plate, subsequent 12" water launches to be evaluated later, manueverability into turns at high speeds with no adverse responses at speeds 25-30 mph, radius under 20'-22', no "spin-out" in any of 10 test, no blowouts at speeds, no loss of momentum with new tunnel, no loss of speeds at plane with new tunnel, no additional hydrostatic drag. Additional tests to be conducted with at 10-12" water depth.
