Sending you loving vibes. It`s important to grieve now - but remember you`re going to be fine down the road. Wishing you all the very best. I think you are a way cool woman with a bright future ahead of you. Keep on keeping on sister!!
Sorry my last comment sounds so bossy. That's what edits do. I had a much softer and kinder piece all typed in nice and neat, but it went WAY over. Love ya, Girl. Keep your head up.
Anger is part of the process. You have to experience it to get to a better place. Give yourself permission to feel bitchy. Don't worry about it, unless it starts to make you sick. Please take extra special care of yourself. We all know how hard stress is on the body. Eat as well as possible and try to relax several times a day for at least fifteen minutes --soaking bath, walk in nature, singing songs with the kids... Whatever it takes. Your babies need their Mama to be healthy. (((HUGS)))
I would send a letter to each company explaining how their solicitation for business during your hardship and loss makes you feel. Maybe it will help the way they do business in the future with others. You are saying it correct - the first way you said it. Stress DEFINITELY aggravates your blood sugar, my hubby is diabetic and he just had his lower leg amputated - they COULD NOT keep his blood sugar stable and under control in the hospital! It's definitely stress related hun! Hugs, Mel
You have such stamina as you speak on your videos....and telling us how you are really doing is very humbling to watch. You are coping well and I can appreciate your swing of emotions. Anger is surfacing and that can't be discounted....it's all a part of facing Julian's death in all its rawness. Strength and peace Stephanie. You really are doing great. (((hugs))) You have nice plans for Julian's gravestone and it's so nice to know Daisy has been able to help in its design.
I have watched some of your videos and I never have posted. This has really touched me. I lost a child in 1995 and please know grief has many faces and it takes time. What your going through is totally normal. As the months not always days but months go by it will get a little better. Hang in there and know god love you guys and he is there even when you think he isn't. Love to you and yours.
hugs again.. peace to u and ur family. I hope great things come your way in this new year. I cant imagine how u feel or what u are going through. We lost our grandfather and everyone just fell apart for a long time, but gradually little by little we picked eachother up.. its important to be there for one another!
