VZW Service on Sprint HTC Touch Pro

I went to 6 different verzion customer service representatives
3 in the store, 3 via the phone. Verzion said it couldn't be done...uhm ahem verizon its done!

a touch pro for 349 with a 2 year contract that only has 128 mb of ram, 512 mb rom, a pagepool of 4.0 mb. You're telling me to pay almost 600+ for a gimped phone with a gimped processor? I love the way that verizon has incorporated the touch flo 3d interface in landscape when the keyboard is open. i still favor the original HTC UI over any of the carriers customized UI. The only one i know of that still has the HTC UI in the us is Alltell but still there version of the ui from what i see is gray which doesnt look to attractive

vzw tf 3d is one of the best aspects of the program. I actually like it a lot. in landscape mode, it still feels like touchflo 3d so that is a big plus on verizon

but verizon doesn't have a youtube application or htc streaming. They removed the programs as well as sad pagepool...I like this method and it works for me and others. Browse ppcgeeks I put a tutorial up on it

Even if this is real, which is could be, verizon has fixed the bug that allows you to activate unlocked phones via *228. Sowwy :(

this fuckin sucks. i have verizon and i love htc and winmo phones. my luck i get dicked out of everything....i dont know what to do....im thinking of going to tmobile and getting the htc touch 3g

What did you end up doing to get it activated? I have a Quest Mogul and I was on the phone with Verizon for 45 minutes and some guy finally told me that he called Sprint and that the ESN belonged to another company. CDMA providers all suck, but I get better service with Verizon so I am stuck...

Actually if you new ANYTHING about how touch flow Works.. And about the people that skin and take out the skins... You'd know that NO ONE HAS SKINNED THE VZW LAYOUT YET...

Thats not proof of anything. Touchflow is just a today plug-in, that can be skinned. And they have the verizon theme available for any carrier using TF3D.

Fuck Verizon. I am glad I got the touch Pro on Sprint and its a great device. To bad Verizon just fucked this phone up badly.  If they have such a good network and charge so damn much then they should at least give you everything. Thanks a lot Verizon (assholes)
