On the british side we have a 1996 Triumph Thunderbird a quality product produced by skilled workers and engineered to a high level!
And on the Chinese side is a 2002 Chunlan Starway a bike that in its native land is of equal desirability to the home built Hinckley machine!
The Two machines specs are similiar as well:

Triumph Chunlan
Bhp= 72 Bhp= (somthing around "^*!)
Weight= 220kg Weight= 160kg (+ 60 for silly bits)
MPG= 45-50 per gallon MPG =50 (because of r1 race can)
life span= 50yrs if looked after life span= as long as plastic lasts
Top speed= 120mph Top speed=100mph off a cliff
Ins Group =13 Ins group= "Er whats that mate?"

So final conclusion is up to you which wins?
ps, this is not biased in any way honest ; )
